Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
Economic Solutions Limited, as the lead Contracting Authority, is to establish a Pan Greater Manchester Local Government Collaborative framework agreement for use by or on behalf of Economic Solutions Limited and the Local Authorities across Greater Manchester. These authorities, in their responsibilities for economic development within Greater Manchester, have need a range of support, including (but not an exhaustive list) advisory, mentoring, coaching and training services for individuals and groups of individuals to proactively encourage and assist them in becoming self-employed or establishing a new business. Support services are also required for businesses to assist in their survival and growth within their first 3 years of trading.
