What we do...
We will match customers' aspirations, skills and experience with local vacancies and employer requirements; source placements, work tasters and work experience for customers; provide input to customer sessions on different roles and sectors as well as the softer skills employers are looking for.
We work with some of the most disadvantaged and disengaged people within Greater Manchester. Through contracts held with the LSC, DWP, North West Development Agency (NWDA), Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG), HM Prison Service, Probation Service and local authorities, we deliver a range of services that support over 11,000 people into work each year.
