Train to Gain
At this time of economic uncertainty, it is the perfect time to invest in the skills of your employees.
Funded by the Learning & Skills Council, Train to Gain is an initiative to ensure businesses receive the best skills advice and choose the most appropriate training to help them succeed. In most cases this includes free training and assessment to help employees gain a full Level 2 qualification, as well as subsidised training towards the achievement of Level 3s and some Level 4s. Training/assessment is flexible and companies can choose how and when it is delivered.
We aim to help companies get the best value for money from investment in training - and will be able to give advice on the full range of funding options available. Train to Gain is expanding, offering even more funding and support as you train your employees for business success.
Full funding is available for:
- Skills for Life at all levels
- First full Level 2 qualification (equivalent to 5 GCSEs)
- First full Level 3 qualification (equivalent to 2 A Levels)
- Some first full Level 4 qualifications
Some funding for people who already have a qualification at Level 2 and 3 and would like to take an additional qualification.
Help for smaller businesses now available!
Small and medium sized businesses are now able to access additional help to train their staff to get them through these challenging times.
